Building our Young Players
- As partners with you, we will work to develop your child at the right pace. Not all 5-8 year olds are created equal. By having an individual plan with goals for each child and being consistent, we will improve in each skill area.
- We will challenge each player in age appropriate ways. There will be less sink or swim and more gradual progression. Failure is already a part of the game of baseball. Failure because of age, lack of physical or emotional maturity and/or fine motor skills is not fair to a 5-8 year old.
- We will make your child want to go outside after practice and hit some extra balls, because they will learn to love it and will want to do it. We will take your child from asking “when is practice over?” to “can we stay longer?”
